OK, you asked, so here it is: some blogs that I enjoy.
You already recommended librarian.net, which has been one of my favourites since Jessamyn West came for a somewhat informal visit to the School of Information Management (i.e. library school) students' lounge. She really is as cool as she seems on the internet :)
I often find something interesting on The Best of PubLib: selections from the ListServ
During my first year working the reference desk, I was a ResourceShelf blog junkie. They post reference resource-related headlines. Disclaimer: most of the content is probably too American and academic-focused to be really useful to a public librarian in NB.
In the Library with the Lead Pipe (gotta love the title) has long-ish essay and article style posts that are well-written and researched by a team of American librarians.
If I am honest, I don't manage to make time to read a lot of lengthy (or even not-so-lengthy) blog posts these days. I have always been a talk radio listener, so I guess it makes sense that I have been drawn to talk podcasts. If I could recommend one for libraries, it would be Circulating Ideas.
And, one neat blog that is not exactly library-related: Cool Tools. although it is not explicitly library-related, much of the content could prove useful if your library is involved in maker culture.
Share some of your favourites in the comments section, if you feel so inclined.
